The Crosley Super Eight is an 8 tube, three band, AC powered superheterodyne. With the exception of the pushbuttons, it is virtually the same as the model 817 chassis. The bentwood style cabinet has front and side panels of highly figured quarter stripe walnut, trimmed with contrasting stump walnut bands and maple inlays. Two solid bronze, highly polished gold-finish bars traverse the grille. The cabinet is 10 1/4" high, 16 3/4" wide and 7 1/8" deep
