The Crosley Bonzo was an advertising item associated with the 1925 single-tube Crosley Pup radio. A paper mache Bonzo (see the picture above) was available to dealers as a display item. The Crosley Bonzo became so popular that a chalkware version (see the picture below) was made. The chalkware version was slightly smaller and was given away as a promotional item in some cases, but was also sold for $1.00.

Very few of either version of the Crosley Bonzo survive in good condition.
